Supplies Needed:

Scrapkit Of Choice : I am using the Beautiful Kit , Be Mine By Freeks Creations

C/P means copy and paste as a new layer

Let's Get Started

Open template in PSP duplicate/close original delete copyright info then image canvas size 650x650 and flood fill the background with white

highlight rectangle 3 select all/float/defloat, open paper c.p resize by 65% invert/delete/select none, delete original template layer, add dropshadow

highlight rectangle 1, select all/float/defloat open paper9 invert/delete/select none, colorize paper layer to match your tube, delete original template layer

hightlight rectangle 3, pick 2 colors from your tube and create a gradient, i chose red & white with the following settings, linear, Angle 45, repeats 1, invert checked

highlight rectangle 2, select all/float/defloat add new raster layer floodfill with your gradient, open tube duplicate close original,c/p resize and arrange over the gradient layer invert/delete/select none, delete original template layer

change the blendmode of your tube to overlay or whatever works best for the tube you are using

now add your tube again mirror resize duplicate, on the duplicated layer gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to soft light

highlight the heart layer select all/float/defloat add new layer and floodfill with the red from your gradient select none delete original template layer, add noise uniform/40/monochrome checked, delete original template layer

Add Elements of choice i used

kitten-45% & 85%

E33-35% duplicate/mirror

E17-35%

Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements

add new layer above your white background layer floodfill with gradient apply mask/merge group

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable

Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name save as a PNG and Your Done!

Open a new transparent image 650x650, floodfill with white We can crop or resize later i just like room to work.

Open gears c/p click inside with your magic wand expand by 6, then choose a paper and c/p arrange then invert/delete/select none

now select the background layer you just made select all/float/defloat open fence2 c/p resize by 70% invert/delete

open wordart1 c/p resize by 50% and position toward the top of your frame

open sign c/p resize by 50% and position just under the previous wordart, see my tag for placement

open spatter 2, c/p move it so it is above your white background layer, duplicate/mirror/merge down

open spatter1 c/p do the same as with the previous spatter, merge both spatter layers together and resize by 95% 2 times

open paper6, c/p resize by 90% apply mask/merge group then resize again by 106% 2 times and move below your spatter layers

Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable

Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name save as a PNG and Your Done!

Open tube position where you want then again select your frame background layer select all/float/defloat then invert and with your eraser tool erase any part of the tube that is outside the frame

Open cat c/p and position

Open star c/p resize by 70% and position to the left side of the frame duplicate/mirror and move up a little, see my finished tag for placement

Open wine and roses c/p resize by 60% mirror and position

Open paper 5, c/p resize by 80%, apply mask/merge group

Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable

Open frame7, c/p , click inside your frame with your magic wand expand by 6, open plainpink paper invert/delete/select none, move paper below your frame.

click on your paper layer again select all float/defloat and open paintssplatter1, arrange over your pink paper layer when your happy invert/delete/select none

Open pinklolly2 c/p resize by 40% and position on the left side of the frame

Open black lolly 2, c/p resize by 35% and rotate left 20 and move ir over the pink lolly

open bow pink c/p resize by 35% and position over the lolly sticks

Open tickled pink word, c/p resize by 70% then rotate by left 20 and position

Open tripplexword, c/p resize by 70% and position at the bottom of the lollys

Open your tube, c/p resize to your liking, and position, then duplicate tube on the on the copy layer apply Xero-Radience and the change the blend mode to Soft Light and add dropshadow to the original tube layer

open halftonepaper2 c/p resize by 95% apply mask/merge group and resize again by 95% then duplicate. mirror/flip

Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements

When your happy with your tag merge visable

Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Open framed heart, c/p resize by 45% , click inside with your magic wand expand by 5, add new raster layer and floodfill with white, open your guy tube and c/p resize if needed, invert/delete and move both layers below your frame layer, add a slight dropshadow to your tube.

Open cupcake c/p resize by 20% and move to the bottom left of your frame

open babycupid c/p resize by 25% and move so it is slightly behind the cupcake

open cupid arrow2, c/p resize by 45%, and move so it is over the cupcake and cupid baby, see my finished tag for placement

Open tube c/p resize by 85%, duplicate on duplicated layer guassian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to overlay. or whatever looks better with your tube add dropshadow to original tube layer.

Open paper 4, c/p resize by 85%, apply mask/merge group and then resize the mask layer again by 95%

Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements

When your happy with your tag merge visable

Open cloud 1, c/p resize by 70% then again by 90% and postion over your mask and stars layer toward left top corner

open tube c/p resize by 85% and position over mask apply xero-Porcelain default settings, it gives it a softer look

open star 1, c/p resize by 55% and position to the left of your tube, make sure a star is under the tip of her wand so it looks like her wand is creating them, then duplicate/mirror and position behind your tube,see my finished tag for placement

Open wordart 3, c/p resize by 70% and position over the cloud

now go to your mask layer and apply VM Natual-Sparkle with the following settings

20,255,255,255,255,seed 40 click OK then sharpen

When your happy merge visable

Open heart2, c/p and move between your frame and white frame background layer your frame so you see it in the center of your frame, add a slight dropshadow but change the color to #f1a6bb

Open cats1, c/p as a new layer resize by 50% smartsize, arrange in front of if the frame, sharpen apply Xero-Porcelain default settings

Open wordart1, c/p resize by 55% smartsize, sharpen and position so the top part of the wordart is over the cats

Open string2 c/p resize by 55% smartsize and move below your cats see my finished tag for placement

Open paper5 c/p move above your white background layer, apply mask/merge group resize by 90% smartsize then add noise Uniform/Momchrome Checked/25%

Open paw prints 2, c/p resize by 50% smartsize move behind your frame background layer and make it so some paw prints peek out of the top of your tag, see my finished tag for placement. when you have it placed where you like duplicate/mirror and add the same noise as you did with your mask layer

Add dropshadow of choice to your elements

when you are happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable

Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

open your tube in PSP duplicate and close the original, c/p your closeup as a new layer move it between your frame and paper layer, mirror then resize depending on the tube you use if your using the same tube resize by 75%

now select your paper layer select all/float/defloat move your tube where you want see my tag for placement, when your happy invert/delete/select none.change the blend mode to Hard Light.

Open heart cookie 2 c/p resize by 60% move to the right bottom corner of your frame

Open heart cookie 3 c/p resize by 50% move it over the first heart cookie, see my tag for placement

Open candy hearts 1,c/p move it to the bottom of the cookies, duplicate.mirror and overlap the other candy hearts slightly

Open frosting 1, d/p resize by 75% and place it at the top of your frame but make sure it is behind your frame and paper layers duplicate/flip

When your happy with your tag, add dropshado to your elements and frame and close off your white background layer and merge visable

add your tube position where you like it resize if needed , duplicate, on the duplicated layer gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to overlay, add dropshadow to the original tube layer

Open paper6, c/p send to the bottom, apply mask/merge group then resize by 90%

When your happy merge visable

Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Open a new transparent image 650x650, floodfill with white We can crop or resize later i just like room to work.

Open frame 2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 80% smartsize, sharpen, click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 8,

open paper 4 c/p as a new layer, resize by 80% smartsize, invert/delete, now invert again open your tube in PSP, duplicate and close the original

now copy your closeup tube c/p as a new layer, arrange in your frame resize if you need to i did mine by 80% smartsize, sharpen then invert/delete/select none

change the blendmode to Multiply and lower the opacity to 60%, next add a dropshadow of choice to your frame, then close off your white background layer and merge visable

Open your background layer and move your frame slightly to the right, see my tag for placement

Now time to add some decoration

See my finished tag for placement

Leaf 1 - 50%,

Flower1 - 40%

Butterfly1 - 45%

Feather - 40%, move behind the leaf then duplicate/mirror

Add dropshadow to all your elements

Now add your tube resize if needed , i didnt need to but it depends on your tube

apply Xero-Porcelian default settings, add dropshadow

when your happy with your tag close off your white background and merge visable

Open paper 8, c/p as a new layer apply mask/merge group add noise Uniform/Momchrome checked/30% merge visable

Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Let's Get Started

Open a new transparent image 650x650, floodfill with white We can crop or resize later i just like room to work.

Open frame 3 in PSP c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% smartsize and move it toward the bottom of your tag,make sure you leave room at the bottom to add your elements.

Click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 5, open paper of choice i used 6, c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% smartsize, invert/delete, move paper below your frame duplicate and on the duplicated layer change the blend mode to multiply,this makes the colors on the paper more vivid, do not deselect,

Open your tube, c/p as a new layer arrange where you want to, now select your paper layer select all/float/defloat/invert, now take your eraser tool and erase the bottom part of your tube that overhangs the martching ants.now hit invert again

c/p your closeup tube as a new layer, mirror and arrange on the right side of the frame, when your happy hit invert again and the delete/select none, duplicate, on the duplicated tube gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to screen

now back to your main tube, duplicate, on the duplicated layer gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to soft light, or whatever looks best for the tube you are using.add a slight dropshadow to the original tube layer.

Now time to dress up our tag, add any elements you would like

I used

Lolli - Resize by 45%, duplicate and resize again by 85% then mirror and arrange with the other lolli

Sweet Print 2 - do not resize move to the bottom of the frame and duplicate and add noise to the duplicated layer, uniform/monochrome checked/25%

Marshmallows 1 - 45% mirror and move to the right bottom corner of your frame so the lolli's are behind them

Add dropshadow of choice to your elements and frame, DO NOT add dropshadow to the Sweet Print Layers.

Time to add your mask, open paper 2 c/p as a new layer apply mask, merge group and then add noise uniform/monochrome checked/25%

when your happy with your tag, close off the background and merge visable, resize if you need to and save as PNG

Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

You can crop later, we want enough room to work

Open frame 1, c/p as a new layer resize by 80% smartsize, sharpen

Click inside the frame with your magic wand, expand by 6 , open paper 9 c/p as a new layer resize by 80% smartsize

invert/delete/ invert again, Move paper behind the frame

Open tube c/p as a new layer resize by 85%, or what works best for your tube,, invert/delete select none, sharpenmove between the frame and paper layers.

Apply Xero-Greyscaler, default settings, then apply Xero-Porcelain default settings. add dropshadow

Open flower-1 c/p as a new layer , resize by 70% smartsize 2 times, sharpen and move to the bottom of your frame, duplicate/mirror add dropshadow

Open paper add new raster layer, select all/ paste paper into selection, deselect, apply mask/merge group

open sparkle-1 c/p as a new layer and move so it is above the mask layer.

Add saying of choice , i chose the name if the kit "Forever Love"

When your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize and add the artist copyright and your name and your done

Save as a PNG

Scrapkit Of Choice : I am using the Beautiful PTU Kit , Party Of the Year and PD11 CU New Years Pack

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (Optional)

Font of choice, I am using Inspiration

Dropshadow of choice

Let's Get Started

Open a new transparent image 650x650

You can crop later, we want enough room to work

We will be using pieces from the kit and the CU pack

Open pd11 cu confetti 3,from the CU Pack. copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 85% smartsize,sharpen

open confetti from Party of the year, c/p as a new layer , resize by 90% smartsize, sharpen

Open Clock1 from the kit c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% smartsize , sharpen and move to the left of the confetti, add dropshadow

Open Flower2 from the kit, c/p as a new layer, resize by 70% smartsize, sharpen then move so it overlaps the clock, see my tag for placement

then duplicate/mirror add drop shadow

Open pd11 cu-firework 2 from the CU pack. c/p as a new layer, add noise Uniform/45/Momochrome checked, then sharpen and move below your confetti layers.make sure this is above your mask layer.

Open pd11-glass from either the kit or CU pack, c/p as a new layer, resize by 80% smartsize, move ot so its above the flower and closk, see my tag for placement, add drop shadow.

Open wordart from the CU pack, c/p as a new layer, resize by 70% smartsize, then add gradient glow of choice, add dropshadow.

Add a new raster layer, send to the bottom, select all, open paper10,, c/p into selection/select none. Apply mask/merge group and lower the opacity to 80%.

When your happy with your tag merge visable,

add copyright if you want to leave it as a snag your done , if not add your name

Let's Get Started

Open a new image 600x600 transparent

Open frame 3, c/p as a new layer, resize by 75% smartsize

Open frame 4, c/p as a new layer, resize by 75% smartsize, then free rotate 45/left, then resize again by 90

Open frame 2, c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% smartsize, rotate 25/left,sharpen and move toward the top of your tag,

click inside each frame with the magic wand expand by 5, open paper1, c/p as a new layer position and then invert/delete/select none

move paper behind your frame,

click inside a frame opening again with your magic wand, and open your tube, c/p as a new layer resize as needed i did 50% smartsize and arrange part of your tube in your frame when your happy, invert/delete/select none

repeat same steps with the other 2 frames, and when done move behind your frame, then change the blend mode of your tube layers to what works best with your tube , i used Hard light, when done add dropshadow to your silver frame layer

Open starburst, c/p as a new layer arrange above your other layers

Open tube, c/p as a new layer resize as needed , i did 505 smartsize and arrange on your tag, duplicate, on duplicated layer gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to whatever suits your tube, i used overlay, add dropshadow to original tube layer

Open wordart, c/p as a new layer resize by 30% smartsize and move to the bottom left of your tag, see my finished tag for placement, add dropshadow

Add any other elements you like and when your done, merge visable

resize if needed then add copyright info and your name and your Done!

Spell On You ~ PTU

Open bat_moon c/p as a new layer move toward the top of your tag

Open cauldron, c/p as a new layer, resize by 45 smartsize, sharpen and move to the bottom left of your tag add d/s of choice

Open ghost c/p as a new layer, resize by 65 smartsize 2 times, sharpen and move it so it looks like its coming out of the cauldron d/s of choice

Open cat c/p as a new layer, resize by 65 smartsize, sharpen and move to the bottom right of your tag, add d/s of choice

Open tube of choice, if your using the same one as i am move it so the wand is above the cauldron, then duplicate, adjust blur gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to one of your choice whatever looks best with your tube, i chose overlay

add d/s of choice to original tube layer

Add wordart of choice, or make your own, I did " I Put A Spell On You!" i alternated with orange and green, when your done add noise gaussian 45, then add gradient glow of choice. then d/s and position where you want.

Add any other elements you want, when your happy with your tag merge visable, resize if needed.

Then add your copyright and name and your done

Open Sweetest Halloween Cluster_Cluster4 , c/p as a new layer resize by 85 smartsize, sharpen and move to the bottom of your frame

Open frame 4, c/p as a new layer, resize by 70, smartsize , sharpen and move behind your background toward the bottom left, see my tag for placement,do the same with frame 5 but move it to the top right

Open Halloween tag c/p as a new layer, resize by 85 smartsize and place it on the left

Open tube, c/p as a new layer resize to fit your tag and place above the frame, duplicate tube and adjust blur,gaussian blur 2.oo and change the blend mode to Overlay.add dropshadow to original tube layer

Add drop shadow to your frame, cluster, and round frames and tag, when your happy merge visable resize or crop ,

Add your copyright and name and your done!!

Open a new image 700x550. transparent, we can crop/resize later

Open frame 1, c/p as a new layer, resize by 80 then again by 80, smartsize, sharpen

Click inside each frame with your magic wand, make sure you get all the openings around the bow, expand by 7

Open paper 15, c/p as a new layer, resize by 80 smartsize, then invert/delete/select none, and move behind your frame

Choose your tubes, open them in PSP, Click inside the center frame and again make sure you also click inside the bows, expand by 7

c/p your tube,resize if needed, arrange then invert/delete/select none.

Do the same with the outer frames,

When your happy woth your tubes , apply Xero-Porcelian, default settings, and add dropshadow to your tubes.

Now merge your tube layers together, now activate your crop tool, and select the entire tag and click the middle, this will get rid of any excess tubes that didnt make the frame.

Now were going to dress up our tag, choose any elements you want

I chose these

leaves,80 c/p resize, smartsize,sharpen, move behind your frame on the left side and take your eraser tube and erase the stem, duplicate/mirror, add dropshadow.

Clock,c/p, resize 50,sharpen, move to the bottom left of your frame, add dropshadow

Star 1, c/p resize 35 smartsize, sharpen, move so it overlaps the clock, add dropshadow

Tree 2, c/p resize 90, smartsize, and move to the left behind your leaves, now again take your eraser tool and erase any part of the tree that is below the frame, duplicate/mirror

When your happy with your tag, merge visable, crop as desired,

Add your copyright and your name and Your Done!!

open star 1, c/p resize by 50, sharpen, and move behind your hearts layer

Open skull, c/p resize by 45, sharpen and move to the top right of your tag

open main tube, c/p resixe as needed, sharpen, then duplicate, on duplicated layer apply Xero-Porcelian, default settings then change the blend mode to screen, add dropshadow to your original tube layer.

Open Wire, c/p resize by 85, sharpen and move behind your frame and bkg layer

Open paper 3 c/p send to bottom, resize by 85 apply Vix_BigMask004, merge group, add noise, Uniform, 35, Momchrome checked

open paper 8, c/p send to bottom resize by 85, apply mask again, and this time after you have merged the mask mirror, and add the same noise

Add dropshadow to your frame and element layers,

when your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize if needed

Open frame 6, c/p resize by 80 then again by 85, click inside the bigger frame openings with your magic wand, expand by 4,

Open paper 6, c/p , arrange then invert/delete/

Click inside the top frame of your filmstrip, c/p tube, resize if needed,arrange, when invert/delete/select none, then duplicate the tube layer,

mirror and move to the 2nd frame, duplicate the top tube layer again and move to the bottom frame, merge all 3 tube layers together

move below your filmstrip layer and change the blend mode to Lumiance (L)

Then add a fat white gradient glow to your filmstrip

Open your main tube, c/p arrange, then duplicate, add blur gaussian 2.00 and change the blend mode to suit your tube, i used overlay

add dropshadow to original tube layer

Add the elements you want to

Reel 2-resized by 50 the again by 80

Award - Resize by 50 then again by 70

when your happy with your tag add dropshadow to your layers,

Open paper5, c/p, move to bottom, apply Vix Mask 41, merge group,

Open sparkles , c/p and arrange them over your tag

Open tube, c/p, resize/sharpen then position above the frame but make sure the bottoms line up,

open bats, c/p resize by 80 and move behind your tube to the left.

Open spider, c/p resize by 80 2x, mirror and then place at the bottom right of your frame.

Open paper6, c/p send to the bottom,resize by 90. apply Vix_Halloween2010No10 mask/merge group,duplicate then merge down,

Add DSB Flux-Bright Noise, Intensity-80, Mix checked

Add dropshadow to all your elements, except the lighning.

When your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize if needed

Let's Begin!

Open a new image 600x250, transparent

Open paper6 c/p as a new layer arrange where you like it, then crop to the size of the tag.

Open your tube and apply Mura Miester copies, wallpaper/rotate and change the number to 9, (this all depends on what tube your using)

change the blend mode to overlay,(play with the modes and choose one that works best with your tube)

and lower the opacity to 40, or whatever works best for your tube.

Open element32 c/p as a new layer move to the left and then duplicate/mirror and move a bit to the right.

Open element 19 c/p as a new layer, resize by 85 sharpen.and move toward the top pf your tag.

Open element15, c/p as a new layer and move to the right position where you like then duplicate/mirror.

Open element17 c/p as a new layer. resize by 85, center in the middle of your tag.sharpen

Open tube and c/p as a new payer, resize if needed and place over the feather fan, duplicate and on duplicated image apply blur/gaussian blur 2.00

and change the blend mode to overlay or whatever works for your tube.apply dropshadow of choice to original tube layer.

Apply dropshadow to your elements

We are going to do the avatar now then go back to the tag

Open a new 150x150 and copy layers from your tag. i used the paper, copied tube, and the spray and feather element, but use what ever you like.

copy and paste your tube, resize to fit your avatar and move to the left, and repeat with your tube as you did with the tube for the tag.

when your happy merge visable, select all/contract by 5,invert and make a gradient from colors in your tube i chose a blue and white,

I chose foreground/background angle : 45,Repeats : 5 and invert checked.

add new raster layer and floodfil with your gradient,select none then add noise, Uniform/75.

Add dropshadow to your noise layer , merge visable.

Now back to the forum tag

merge visable,select all/contract by 8, invert, add new raster layer and floodfil with the gradient, and repeat as you did with the avatar. merge visable.

Add your copyright and name and your done.

Let's Get Started

This will be a fairy quick one , however you can make it as complex as you want to ,

Open a new image 800x500 transparent

Open frame 5 c/p as a new layer,click inside each frame with your magic wand, expand by 6,

open paper 6 c/p as a new layer, invert/delete/select none, move behind frame layer.

Open your tube resize if needed and place where you like it., when your happy with placement,

duplicate tube and on duplicated layer adjust/blur/gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to whatever suits your tube, i used Overlay

Open paper 4, c/p resize by 110 2 times, apply mask/merge group, move behind your frame background layer

Now its time to dress it up!

Broken Glass

resize elements of needed

When your happy with your finished tag,merg visable, resize if needed , Add proper copyright and your name and your done!

Scrapkit Of Choice : I am using the beautiful kit, LONESOME by Polka Dot Scraps

It is a PTU kit and can be avaiable at Pimp My Tags With Scraps HERE

Wordart of choice : I am using a Twilight themed wordart, I cannot remember where i got this, if this is yours please let me know so i can give proper credit.

Let's Begin !

Open a new 600x600 transparent image, open frame 6 , c/p as a new layer.

Click inside each frame with your magic wand, expand by 4,

Open paper 4 c/p, resize by 70, invert/delete/select none.

Open tube in PSP,if your using the same tube as i am resize by 85, sharpen.

then take your eraser tool and erase any part of the tube hanging out of the frame, be careful not to erase any part that is inside your frame.

Change the blend mode to Lumiance (L) and lower the opacity to 85.

Open element 41, c/p, resize by 60,sharpen, move to the bottom right corner of your frame,

Open element 42, c/p resize by 45, move beside the white flower, see my tag as a guide, duplicate/mirror and move to the other side of the white flower,sharpen and add dropshadow to each flower, then merge all flowers together , duplicate/mirror/flip, and resize by 70 and place at the top left hand corner of your frame.

Open element 34, c/p. resize by 45, sharpen, and place above the flowers on the bottom right.

Open element 45, c/p and move behind your frame background layer

Open your wordart c/p, resize, re-color to match your tag if you want to.

When your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize if needed.

Add your copyright and your name and your done!

Let's Get Started!

open a new image 600x600, transparent

open frame 5, c/p as a new layer, resize by 75,sharpen.

Click inside with your magic wand, expand by 6.

Open paper 5, c/p as a new layer, invert/delete/select none

Move behind your frame.

Open frame 4 , Your filmstrip, c/p as a new layer, resize by 80, sharpen

Click inside each frame opening, expand by 3, open paper 11 c/p as a new layer

invert/delete select none, move below your filmstrip layer

Add gradient glow of choice to your filmstrip,

Click inside the first frame, expand by 3, c/p one of your tubes, resize as needed,

and arrange in your frame, when your happy , invert/delete/select none.

Image duplicate then mirror,

Repeat the same steps for the 2nd frame.

When your done merge all your tube layers together, and move between your filmstrip layer and background layer, and change the blend mode to Lumiance(L),then duplicate tube layer again,adjust blur gaussian blur 2.00, and change the blend mode to overlay, add drop shadow to your original tube layer and filmstrip layer.

Close of the round frame and round bkg layer, and merge visable

unhide the other layers,

On your filmstrip layer, image free rotate, left 25 and arrange over your round frame, use my tag as a guide.

Open sparkles 2, c/p as a new layer arrange over your frame layers, duplicate image/mirror/flip

arrange at the bottom of your frames.

Open wire 1, c/p as a new layer, resize by 70, sharpen.and send to bottom and arrange to the top right of your tag, behind your round frame layers, do the same for wire 2, except move this to the bottom left,

Open main tube, resize as needed and position, duplicate, adjust blur, gaussian blur 2.00 and change the blend mode to soft light, or whatever looks best with your tube, add dropshadow to your orignal tube layer.

Now add elements of your choice:

I used

Skull2 - resize by 20

Sad Teddy - resize by 25

Sneaker - resize by 20

Skull Polish - resize by 25

Add any other elements you like and then add dropshadow to all and your round frame layer

when your happy with your tag merge visable, resize if needed,

Add your copyright and name and your done!

Let's Get Started!

Open frame 4 in PSP , duplicate and close original. we will be working on this canvas.

Click inside the first frame with your magic wand, open paper 3, c/p, arrange so no swirls show, when your happy with placement, invert/delete, select none.

Do the same for the remaining 3 frames.

Close frame layer and merge the paper layers together, unhide the frame layer and move the background layer below your frame.

Open your tubes in PSP duplicate and close the originals, take your magic wand , click inside the first frame and arrange your tube when your happy , invert/delete,select none. do this with your remaining tubes.

When you have all your tubes done, close off the bkg and frame layer and merge your tube layers, add dropshadow to the frame and tubes.

Select your background layer, select all/float/defloat, Open doodle 1,c/p as a new layer, move between your tube and bkg layers, arrange , when your happy, invert/delete/select none

Open wrap 1c/p as a new layer, move to the middle of your frame,resize so it looks like the ribbon is wrapping around the frame, add dropshadow.

Open flower 6, c/p as a new layer, resize by 80, sharpen and move to the center of your frame , add dropshadow.

Open wordart, c/p as a new layer, resize by 70 then again 80, sharpen and add gradient glow of choice, move to the middle above the flower layer.

Open paper 1 c/p as a new layer, apply WSL_Mask78, merge group, resize by 110.

Go to effects, Xenofex2-Constellation, Under settings choose Small Star Setting

use the following settings

2.00 - 4 - 1 - 5 - 100 - 100 - Keep original image checked

Click OK.

Add any other elements you want, when your happy add your copyright and your name and your done!

Open paper10, copy and paste as a new layer,resize by 90, send to bottom, apply WSL_Mask81, merge group.

Open rose, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 45, sharpen,move to the left side of the frame, duplicate free rotate right-45 and place it across the other rose, merge down add drop shadow.

Open doodle, copy and paste as a new layer move down so it is above your mask layer,duplicate mirror.flip, merge down, add drop shadow.

Open wordart of your choice, I chose Breaking Dawn, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 60,sharpen, move to the bottom of your tag, add drop shadow.

When your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize if desired, i resized by 95.

Add your copyright and name and your done!

Open a new 600x600 image, transparent

Open frame3, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 85%, sharpen

Click inside both the frames with your magic wand. expand by 5, copy and paste image,

*Note, most tubes come with an image, if your's does not the pick a paper to match you tube and continue

Arrange image to your liking, if your using the same image as I am, make sure the eyes are in the top frame and the mouth in the angled frame. invert/delete/select none. add dropshadow to your frame.

Open paper3 copy and paste as a new layer, send to the bottom,resize by 80%, apply MC_mask4, merge group.

Open flower4, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 40% move to the top right corner of the frame, sharpen and add dropshadow.

Open heart3, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 55%, move it behind the flower so it looks like its hanging from the frame, sharpen and add dropshadow.

Open leaves2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 30% and move it behind the flower, duplicate, free rotate left 90, use your raster /pick tool to move it so it angles with the bottom frame,see my tag for placement, sharpen both leaves and add dropshadow.

Open scatter1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 75%, sharpen and move to the right of the tag above the mask layer, add dropshadow.

Open Sparkle of choice, copy and paste as a new layer,place sparkle over the frame, depending on the size of your sparkle you may need to duplicate it

I duplicated mine then mirror/flip.

Once your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize if needed, I resized by 95%

Add your copyright and name and your done!

Open a new 600x600 image, transparent

Open frame3, copy and paste as a new layer, image/resize by 80%, click inside the frame with your magic wand

expand by 5,

open paper2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 65%, invert/delete, move paper behind your frame.

Open your tube of choice, i used the closeup, resize if needed and move it to the center of your frame,

and erase all of the tube at the bottom of the frame , i did this by, seclections/select all/ float/defloat,then took my eraser tool and erased all the tube that was over the frame between the martching ants , then invert and erase the little bits sticking out the bottom, select none

(Dont worry if it looks a little jagged , the flowers will cover it )

Duplicate tube layer,on duplicated layer adjust/blur/guassian blur 2,00, change the blend mode to what looks best for your tube, i chose Overlay,

Add drop shadow to the original tube layer and frame.

Open flower5, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 45%,sharpen. move to the bottom left of your frame , duplicate/mirror,

duplicate flower again and move it so it is on top of the other 2, add drop shadow to all 3 flowers.

(See my tag for placement)

Open leaves1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 45% then again by 90%,sharpen, move them below your flower layers and arrange them so there peeking out from behind the flowers.add drop shadow.

Open string2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 55%, sharpen,and move so the string is between the flowers and leaves, duplicate and mirror, then take your eraser tool and erase the 2 bits of sting that are standing straight up over your tube.add drop shadow

Open paper7. copy and paste as a new layer, move to the bottom , resize by 80%, apply first sparkle mask of choice,

merge group, add noise, gaussian 100% 2 times.

Open paper3, copy and paste as a new layer, apply 2nd sparkle mask of choice, merge group.

resize by 95%, then flip.

When your happy with your tag, merge visable, resize if needed.

Add copyright and your name, and your done!

Open a new canvas 650x650 transparent

Open pd-frame3, copy and paste onto your canvas resize by 80%

Click inside the frame, expand by 5, open pd-paper10, copy and paste as a new layer

resize by 60%, invert/delete/select none, move behind your frame

Open your tube I used the 2nd layer (if your tube does not have multiple layers, just pick the one that works best for you)

select the inside of your frame with your magic wand, place your tube where you like

invert and take your eraser tool and erase the part of your tube that is not inside your frame, deselect. apply xero-Porcelain - default settings,dropshadow

Open pd-leaf4,copy and paste, resize by 60%, image flip,sharpen, and place so it is at the bottom of your frame, see my tag for placement

Open pd-flower3,copy and paste, resize by 50% then again by 75 %,sharpen, move below the purple rose, layers, duplicate and move it so the are side by side but overlap a bit.

Open pd-flower8,copy and paste, resize by 60% 2x, then again by 85%, sharpen and place on top of white flowers..

Open pd-leaf3 resize by 45% sharpen, and tuck behind the white flowers, so it peeks out.

Open pd-flower spray 2, copy and paste, resize by 55%, move behind the frame and paper layers arrange so its peeking out behind the frame, duplicate, mirror, merge down, duplicate the merged layer, then flip and merge again.

Open pd-paper 6,copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 85%, apply VixMask136, merge group, then move it down just a bit, and add noise, guassian 100%

Add drop shadow of choice to each elements.

Merge visable, resize if desired, i didnt but that is entirely up to you. Save as PNG

Add Artist Copyright and your name and your done

Hello Friends, Sorry for the quietness, Randy's surgery went well he had a bit of a bad time in recovery but he came home on Monday even surprising the Dr, LOL, he now has both legs gone above the knee so walking again might not happen

Mask of choice - I am using Vix Mask 306 HERE

*** Let's Begin***

Open frame 1 in PSP , Copy and delete original, Image Canvas size 800x800 center

We can crop later , right now we want a lot of room to work

Choose a color from the beautiful color pallet in your kit

for this one I chose the 1st color on the bottom row

take your magic wand and click inside one of your frames

expand by 5, new raster layer, flood fill with the color you have chosen, select none

Move this layer below your frame layer. Now add a texture of choice,

I used a linen one, But play with the settings until you get what you like

Repeat same steps with your other frame

Now open your tube in PSP, copy & paste as a new layer

and convert your tube to sepia tone,

Effects, Photo Effects, Sepia Toning, Set at 60

This will give your tube a nice antique look

Duplicate your tube , arrange in other frame

Now merge both your frame backgrounds together, select all float/defloat

expand by 3, Invert/delete, select none

Now on one of your tube layers, duplicate gaussian blur 3.00

change blend mode to Hard Light,on original tube layer change blend mode to

Luminace(L), add drop shadow

Repeat same steps for tube in the other frame

Now on to the fun part. Add any elements from the kit you want

I used Cute Bear2,Holly2,Christmas Express2

add new raster layer , flood fill with white,send to bottom

Add new layer, flood fill with gold pattern of choice

Apply Vix Mask 306, merge group

Add noise to mask layer, this makes it nice and glittery

duplicate mask layer ,image mirror arrange to your liking

Add drop shadow of choice to each layer, when your happy with your tag

close off white background layer, merge visable

resize to 600x600

Add proper copyright and name

YOUR DONE!!!!!

you should see 5 color squares, choose colors from your tube BUT, Leave squares 4+5 white

Add DropShadow

Delete Original Template Layer

Do this for the remaining 2 frame layers, Circle and Rectangle Frames

Add Drop Shadow to each

Click Circle Paper Layer again Selections select all, float/defloat open Rainbow Element , Copy and paste as a new layer , Resize by 50%, position behind tube, Selections invert/delete/select none

Click on Background Layer open paper 8, copy as new layer, Apply WSLMask144

Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, Click ok

Close off background layer and merge visable

Open background layer add proper copyright and license information to tag

Add name and use Gradient Glow settings as used on the frames

close off background layer again save as PNG

Supplies Needed:

PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)

Tube or Tubes Of choice: I am using the wonderful art of Keith Garvey

You can get his stunning work at PSP Tubes Emporium

This is a PTU tube , Please do not use without the proper license to do so.

Scrapkit Of Choice : I am using the beautiful kits Black Cats & Potions

And can be purchased at Pimp My Tags With Scraps Store HERE

Template 4, by VIX, and can be found on her blog HERE

Mask of choice : I am using WSL-84 and can be found HERE

Font of choice : I am using Halloween_Mirage

Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow (Optional)

Alien Skin - Xenofex 2/Constellation

Dropshadow of choice

**Let's Get Started**

Open template in PSP, Duplicate close original,Delete copyright layer & Large star layer

Select rectangle left, Selections,select all, float/defloat

Open orange paper, copy & paste as a new layer, resize by 75%,sharpen

Selections Invert/delete select none, delete original template layer.

Repeat same steps for Rectangle Right

Select black rectangles, add noise, 100%, Uniform, Monochrome checked

Select background layer, Open paper1 in PSP, copy&paste as a new layer

apply WSL-84 Mask , merge group

Apply tube(s), resize as needed

On main tube , duplicate, Gauissan Blur 3.00

On blurred layer change the blend mode to Hard Light

On original tube layer apply dropshadow

Add any elements from your scrapkit you choose, this is entirely up to you,

And what makes your tag unique

I used

Broom orange ribbon

Spider Web

Cauldron

Resize as needed and add your dropshadow

Now select your mask layer, go to Effects, Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Constellation

I used Small Star Setting

Play around with the settings until you find one your happy with

Make sure Keep Original Image in Checked

When your happy with your tag Merge visible

Add proper copyright and your name , save as PNG

YOUR DONE!!

**Let's Get Started**

Open frame 4 in PSP,Duplicate/Close original

Resize to 500x500 pixels, Make sure all layers is NOT checked,sharpen

.Select Magic Wand,Click inside the frame

Selections/modify/expand by 4 .Open paper 8 in PSP,Copy & Paste as a new layer

Invert/delete/select none,Move this layer below your frame layer

Select frame layer again,Magic wand click in center of frame

Expand by 4,Open tube and copy & paste as a new layer

position where you like , Selections Invert, take you eraser tool and erase any part of the tube that is outside the marching ants, select none

Select background layer, Selections select all, Float/defloat

Open sparkles2, copy & paste a new layer, arrange where you want

selections/invert/delete select none

Open flower 4 copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 55%

Image Rotate-free rotate, left 90%, all layers unchecked

duplicate layer image/mirror

Open cameo skull, copy & paste as a new layer resize by 70%

arrange in center of roses.

Open butterfly3 copy & Paste as a new layer resize by 60% ,2 times

use raster deform tool and turn it slightly to the right, arrange it

on the top right of frame

Add drop shadow of choice to each layer

when your happy with your tag merge all visable

add name and proper copyright and your done

**Let's Begin**

Open Template in PSP, copy and close original
Delete copyright layer

And Flower Layer

*NOTE* Jot down instructions for Burnt Edges Layer

then delete that layer

Select background layer, selections/select all
float/defloat
open paper pp12 in PSP
copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 85% 2 times, sharpen

selections/invert/delete,/select none

delete original template layer

Select Burnt Square, selections/select all/float/defloat
open paper pp15 in PSP, copy and paste as a new layer

Resize by 85% 2 times, sharpen
selections/invert/delete
Change Blend Mode to Overlay

**DO NOT DELETE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE LAYER**
add dropshadow

Select Left Frame back
selections/select all/float/defloat

Open Paper 28 in PSP, copy and paste as a new layer

Resize by 85% 3 times , sharpen

Arrange where you like it

selections/invert/delete

selections/select none

delete original template layer

Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds

Width-3,Opacity 10, Color Black.

Light From Top Checked

Horizontal NOT Checked

**Repeat Steps Above for

Right Frame Back**

Select Left Frame

selections/select all/float/defloat

Open Paper 25 in PSP, copy and paste as a new layer

Resize by 85% 3 times, Sharpen

Arrange where you like it

selections/invert/delete

selections/select none

Add/Remove Noise

35%, Uniform & Monochrome both checked/OK

delete original template layer

**Repeat Steps Above for

Right Frame **

Select Left Frame Background again

elections/select all/float/defloat

Open tube in PSP,Copy & Paste

Resize by 50% then 80%, Sharpen

selections/invert/delete

selections/select none

Duplicate Tube layer

Adjust/Gauissan Blur 3%

change blend mode to soft light

on original tube layer, apply dropshadow

**Repeat same steps with other tube on

Right Frame Background**

Open main tube in PSP,Copy & Paste

(Erase Copyright, we will be adding this back later when we add our credits)

Resize by 80% 2 times, Sharpen

Arrange where you like it

add dropshadow

Now add any elements you wish

Resize as desired

add drop shadow to each element used

Close off white background layer and merge visable

Add proper copyright

Save as PNG
