PTU Tutorial ~ Boo-Yah

Any resemblance to other tutorials is not intended
I used PSPx6 but any version should work.
If you have chosen this tutorial you should have a pretty good PSP knowledge and the tools needed.

*Let's Get Started*
Open a  new image 750x750 and floodfill with white
Open element 81 c/p resize by 90% and arrange take freehand selection tool and draw a selection around the frame of the window, add new layer and open paper 1 c/p into selection/deselect and move below the window layer.
Open tube c/p resize by 40% arrange tube so you cover most of the extra stuff on the window, duplicate guassiaon blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to overlay and add d/s to original tube layer.

~ Now on to the Elements~
El-6 - 70%
El-44 - 45% duplicate
El-26 - 25%
El-27 - 45%
El-83 - 45%
El-24 - 35%
El-104 - 35%
El-21 - 40% duplicate/mirror
El-113 - 35%
El-105 - 40%
El-42 - 50%
El-19 - 26%
El-41 - 26%
Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each.
When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable.
Select all Add new layer open paper 18 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group.
Merge visable then resize as desired.
Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name in font of choice.
Save as a PNG and Your Done!!
