Use my tutorial as a guide to make your tag your own 

This Tutorial is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

*Supplies Needed*
PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)
Font of choice : I am Using  Aquarelle~ HERE 
Template #95 By Scraps Rebellion ~ HERE

GemMask #22 By Gems ~ HERE
My Wordart ~ HERE
Dropshadow of choice

*Plugins Used*
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)
Xero - Fritillary

*Tube/s of Choice* 
I am using the Awesome art of Celine
And can now  be purchased  ~ HERE
This is a PTU tube and you must have a license to use.

*Scrapkit Of Choice* 
I am using the Awesome PTU kit Velvet By Toxic Desirez
This kit is Exclusive to SATC
And can be purchased ~ HERE

*NOTES*
Always remember to duplicate your tube and close original
C/P means copy and paste as a new layer Unless otherwise stated
D/s means Drop Shadow
Remember to sharpen after resizing
Resizing is always smartsize
Elements are added with a D/S unless otherwise stated 
And see my finished tag for placement

*Let's Get Started*
Open template duplicate close original delete credits Image Canvas Size 800x650 and floodfill your background with white we can resize later but I like enough room to work.
Raster 5 : Select all/float/defloat open paper 11 c/p resize by 80% invert/delete invert again expand by 3 new layer floodfill with white add noise Uniform/65/Monochrome Checked deselect and move below your paper layer and delete template layer.
Copy Of Raster 5 : repeat the same steps as you did for raster 5.
Raster 6 : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 21 c/p itno selection deselect and delete template layer.
Raster 7 : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 2 c/p into selection expand by 3 new layer floodfill with white and add the same noise as you used before deselect and move below your paper layer and delete template layer.
Copy of Raster 7 : Repeat same steps as you did for Raster 7.
Raster 8 : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 5 c/p into selection apply Xero-Fritillary with the following settings 5, 30, 100, 51 deselect and delete template layer.
Raster 9 : Select all/float/defloat open paper 18 c/p resize by 80% invert/delete invert again ecpand by 3 add new layer floodfill with black and apply the same noise as you used before, deselect and delete template layer.
Copy of raster 9 : repeat the same steps as you did for raster 9.
Raster 10 : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 5 c/p into selection apply Xero-Fritillary with the following settings 5, 30, 100, 51 deselect and delete template layer.
Circle : Select all/float/defloat open my wordart arrange invert/delete/deslect lower the opacity to 80%.
Raster 4 : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 2 c/p into selection add noise Uniform/75/Monochrome checked, deselect and delete template layer.
Open tube c/p resize by 51% arrange duplicate Guassian Blur 3.00 change the blend mode to Screen and add d/s to original tube layer.
Now time to add the elements
I used the following
Web : 45% move under the glitter layer of top circle.
Spider : 25% rotate with pick tool.
Hearts : 80%
Condom : 60%
Diamond : 45% mirror
Feather Fan : 35% rotate with pick tool.
Skull 1 : 25% rotate with pick tool.
Cherry Skull : 40%
Sparkles : move above template layers.
Star : 40% duplicate/mirror/flip.
Dragonfly : 35% rotate with pick tool.
Butterfly : 35%
Cupcake : 35%
Flower 2 : 55% move behind the skull cherry.
Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each
When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable resize to a width of 650
Add new layer  select all open paper 1 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group and resize by 95% 
Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name in font of choice.
Save as a PNG and Your Done!!
