A Pirate's Life For Me ~ PTU

This Tutorial is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

*Supplies Needed*
PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)
Font of choice : I am using Pieces Of Eight ~ HERE
Dropshadow of choice
Mask #289 By WSL and can be found ~ HERE

*Plugins Used*
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

*Tube/s of Choice* 
I am using the  art of Keith Garvey and can be purchased at PTE ~ HERE
This is a PTU tube and you must have a license to use.

*Scrapkit Of Choice* 
I am using the awesome PTU Caribbean Princess by Tootypup  
And can be purchased at any of the stores she sells at 
You can find them in her blog  ~ HERE

Always remember to duplicate your tube and close the original
C/P means copy and paste as a new layer
D/s means Drop Shadow
Remember to sharpen after resizing
Resizing is always smartsize

*Let's Get Started*
Open a new image 775x775 and floodfill with white, we can resize later i just like enough room to work.
Open porthole 1 resize by 70% click inside with your magic wand expand by 8 open paper 4 arrange invert/delete/deselect.

Open Pirate Island 2 resize by 95%

Open tube c/p position duplicate Guassian blur 4.00 and change the blend mode to Overlay and add d/s to original tube layer.

Treasure Chest 1 : 35% position add d/s
Sword 1 : 40% free rotate left/25/all layers unchecked.
Compass 1 : 10% and arrange with the chest.
Pirates Flag 1 : 55% and move behind the chest and erase any part of the pile that shows at the bottom.
Anchor 1 : 40% and move behind your tube
Coins 1 : 25% and position behind the chest
Rope Bow 2 : 40% and arrange at the top of the porthole.
Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements and template layers
When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable resize if needed. 
Add new layer select all, open paper 1 c/p into selection deselect apply mask/merge group and resize by 90%.
Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name in font of choice.
Save as a PNG and Your Done!
