Open main tube c/p resize by 80% arrange duplicate gussian blur 4.00 change the blend mode to Soft Light or whatever works best for your tube add a d/s to original tube layer.

Now Time To Add The Elements
I Used  the following with a D/S unless otherwise stated And refer to my finished tag for placement:
Leaves deco 1 : 80% move to the left duplicate/mirror and move above your white background layer.
Starfish 2 : 40%
Starfish 1 : 30%
Pebble 2 : 50%
Pebble 1 : 45%
Bubbles : 40% then c/p again and resize again by 35% duplicate and move behind tube
Beads : 40% duplicate/mirror merge down duplicate again and flip move above the white background
Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements and template layers
When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable resize if needed.
Select all new layer Open paper 2 c/p into selection deselect, apply Taramages Pool Shadow default settings twice then apply mask/merge group then apply Xenofex - Constellation i used Small Stars setting but play around with it to find what looks best to you.
Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name in font of choice.
Save as a PNG and Your Done!
