Watercolors ~ PTU

Any resemblance to other tutorials is not intended this tutorial is my creation only**

This Tutorial is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

*Supplies Needed*
PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)
Font of choice
Dropshadow of choice
Mask #12 by WeeScotLass  ~ HERE
Template #133 By Horseplay's Pasture ~ HERE

*Plugins Used*
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

*Tube/s of Choice* 
I am using the art of Keith Garvey and can be purchased at PTE ~ HERE
This is a PTU tube and you must have a license to use.

*Scrapkit Of Choice* 
I am using the beautiful PTU scrapkit Watercolors by Designs By Sarah
And can be purchased ~ HERE

*NOTES*
Always remember to duplicate your tube and close the original
C/P means copy and paste as a new layer
D/s means Drop Shadow
Remember to sharpen after resizing
Resizing is always smartsize

*Let's Get Started*
Open template Shift+D close original, delete credits Image Canvas size 625x625 then add a new layer and send to the botton and floodfill your background layer with white, we can crop later i just like enough room to work.

Rectangle 1 : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 4 c/p into selection/deselect then delete template layer.

Rectangle 2 : Select all/float/defloat open paper 7 c/p resize by 75% invert/delete/deselect then delete template layer.

Rectangle 3 + 4 : Merge both rectangles together select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 1, c/p into selection deselect then delete template layer.

Circle back " Add noise Uniform/35/Monochrome Checked.

Circle : Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 3 c/p into selection, open your tube c/p resize if needed position and when your happy invert and erase any part of the tube that hangs over the bottom of the circle deselect, duplicate tube guassian blur 5.00 and change the blend mode to Overlay then add d/s to original tube layer, then delete template layer.

Now Time To Add The Elements
I Used  the following with a D/S unless otherwise stated:
Yarn gems : 85%
Flower 2 : 40%
Button 2 : 40% free rotate right 35
Gemstone Clip : 50% free rotate left 45
Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements and template layers
When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable resize if needed.
Open paper 3 c/p apply mask/merge group and resize your mask by 104% twice
Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name in font of choice.
Save as a PNG and Your Done!
