Open tube c/p resize by 90% if your using the same tube, duplicate on that layer guassian blur 5.00 and change the blend mode to screen, add d/s to your original tube layer.
now close off your tube layers white background layer and merge visable resize the merged layer 90%
If your using the same tube c/p the butterfly resize by 75% and position close to the tube, duplicate guassian blur 5.00 cnage the blend mode to screen and add dropshado to origninal tube layer, see my tag for placement.

Time to add the elements
I Used :
Flower 4 : 50% mirror and free rotate 45 left, duplicate/flip/merge down, duplicate again mirror/merge down add d/s.
Flower 7 : 30% position.
Flower 6 : 35% diplicate/mirror.
Flower 1 : 35% position duplicate/mirror and cluster together.
Bird : 35% mirror.
Greenery 2 : 30% duplicate/mirror and tuck behind the flower cluster we made.
Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements and template layers

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable and resize
Open paper 3 c/p apply mask/merge group, flip mask and apply Xenofex2 - Constellation, i used Small Stars Setting but play around and find what you like best.
