Vampire ~ PTU

This Tutorial is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

*Supplies Needed*
PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)
Mask of choice : 
Font of choice
Dropshadow of choice
Template Of Choice : I am using template #88 By Creative By Nature ~ HERE

*Plugins Used*
Xenofex2 - Constellation
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (Optional)

*Tube/s of Choice* 
I am using the Sexy art of Arthur Crowe and can be purchased at PTE~ HERE

*Scrapkit Of Choice* 
I am using the beautiful PTU Kit Twilight Luvr by Kaci of Scrappin Krazy Designs
And can be found HERE

Always remember to duplicate your tube and close the original
C/P means copy and paste as a new layer
Remember to sharpen after resizing
Resizing is always smartsize

*Let's Get Started*
Open template in PSP shift+d close out original, delete the credits floodfill raster 1layer with white.

Highlight raster 5 : select all/float/defloat open paper 12, c/p resize by 80% invert/delete , delete template layer.

Highlight raster 3 : select all/float/defloat new layer, open paper 8 c/p into selection/deselect, delte template layer.

Highlight copy 2 of raster 4 : select all float/defloat open paper 2 c/p resize by 70%, make sure the little circles are in between the marching ants. invert/delete/deselect, add noise guassian 55% monochrome checked and delete template layer, do the same steps for Raster 4.

Highlight copy of raster 4 : select all/float/defloat open paper 5 c/p resize by 70% invert/delete/deselect apply the same noise as you did got the other 2 strips, delete template layer.

Highlight raster 2 : select all/float/defloat open paper 3 c/p resize by 70% invert/delete noe invert again and open tube c/p i am using the 2nd layer of the tube make sure it is above the frame invert take your eraser tool and erase the part of the tube that is at the bottom of your frame, deselect and delete the template layer.
Back to your tube layer duplicate on duplicated layer guassian blur 5.00 and change the blend mode to overlay and add a d/s to the original tube layer.

Highlight frame layer : select all/float/defloat open paper 2 c/p resize by 70% invert/delete add the same noise as above, add a thin black gradient glow, delete template layer.

Highlight raster 6 : select all/float/defloat open paper 5 c/p resize by 70% invert/delete/deselect delete template layer, open your eraser tool and erase every word BUT VAMPIRE add the same noise as above, delete template layer.

Highlight raster 6 again and take your eraser tool again and erase VAMPIRE now back to the red vampire and merge down.

Highlight the white wordart outline and add the same thin black gradient glow as you did for the frame now merge all 3 of your wordart layers together.

Time to add the elements
I Used : 
Element 14 : do not resize
Element 53 : 70% and move it above the red circle.duplicate/mirror and position together.
Element 36: move to the bottom of the frame duplicate flip.
Element 37 : 50% mirror and rotate left 45. then duplicate again mirror and place it over the other rose.
Element 38 : 50% and move it below the red circle and make it so you can see most of it.
Element 69 : 50% and move under all the layers and have it peek out the bottom right.
Element 24 : Highlight your gray rectangle again select all/float/defloat and arrange the element then invert/delete/deselect.
Element 45 : 65% move to the top right corner
Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements and template layers
Open paper 15, c/p apply mask/merge group, resize mask by 90% apply Zenofex2 - Constellation/Small Stars Setting, Play around with the setting till you find someting you like.
When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable
Resize your tag if needed Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name  save as a PNG and Your Done!
