Always remember to duplicate your tube and close the original
C/P means copy and paste as a new layer
Remember to sharpen after resizing
Resizing is always smartsize

Let's Get Started
Open a new image 600x300
Select all add new layer and take the background of the tube c/p into selection/deselect,
Now pick a contrasting color to your tube i picked black and floodfill the layer below your background layer
Now apply mask/merge group then select all/float/defloat amd hit invert then hit delete 3 times until you are just left with the hearts, deselect
Add noise guassian 50 monochrome checked, then add a thin gradient glow in the light blue from your background so the hearts pop off just a bit
Add your tubes c/p then resize i did mine by 55%, when your happy with placement take your crop tool and crop all the excess part of the tubes
then highlight tube 1 duplicate guassian blur 5.00 then change the blend mode to screen and add dropshadow  to original tube layer
repeat the same steps for tube 2
Now highlight one of the daisy layers from the tube c/p resize by 45% and arrange behind your tubes add dropshadow
Pick a quote you like and add it in a nice font
When your happy with your tag merge visable
