Star Struck ~ PTU

Any resemblance to other tutorials is not intended this tutorial is my creation only**

This Tutorial is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

*Supplies Needed*
PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)
Font of choice
Mask Of Choice : Horseplay's Pasture mask19 and can be found ~ HERE
Dropshadow of choice
Template Of Choice : I am using Atmit It by Crazy cakes Scraps ~ HERE

*Plugins Used*
Xenofex2 - Constellation
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (Optional)

*Tube/s of Choice* 
I am using the awesome art of Elias Chatzoudis and can be purchased at PTE~ HERE

*Scrapkit Of Choice* 
I am using the fun PTU kit Starstruck By Tammy Kat
And can be found ~ HERE

Always remember to duplicate your tube and close the original
C/P means copy and paste as a new layer
Remember to sharpen after resizing
Resizing is always smartsize

*Let's Get Started*
Open template in PSP shift+d close out original, delete the credits and all the wordart and dots layers and add a new layer send to bottom and floodfill with white.

Highlight back circle : apply noise Random/100/monochrome checked.
Highlight circle select all/float/defloat new layer , open paper starblue c/p into selection/deselect and delete template layer.

Highlight the blue back rectangle select all/float/defloat new layer and floodfill using this color #74bce2 deselect add the noise you used above, delete template layer.

Highlight Black rectangle, select all/float/defloat, open blue transparent starstruck words c/p resize by 95% arrange invert/delete/deselect.

Highlight small rectangle, select all/float/defloat, new layer open light pink paper c/p into selection Texture Effects/weave and apply the following settings:
Gap Size-2,Width-12,Opacity-1, Weave+gap color both white, fill gaps checked deselct and delete template layer.

Highlight frame and apply the same noise as you used earlier.

Highlight border and repeat the same steps you used for the blue rectangle back.

Highlight line layer, select all/float/defloat apply the same weave settings you used on the pink square EXCEPT change the gap size to 9 and both colors to the blue you used to floodfill, delselect.

Open tube if your using the same one i am i used the closeup, c/p resize by 90, now select your circle layer again select all/float/defloat/ position tube Use my tag for placement then invert and erase just the part of the bottom of the tube, you might have to zoom in just so you dont erase anything else
when your done deselect, Ok now duplicate your tube, on duplicated layer add blur guassian 5.00 and change the blend mode to screen then add d/s to original tube layer.

Time to add the elements
I Used : 
Filmstrip 2 : 75% and move it below all your template layers and have it just peeking out the bottom.
Flower dkpink : 30%
Flower blue : 30%
Flower black : 30%
Stars dkpink : 35% mirror and tuck it behind the flowers.
Stars blue : 35% mirror/flip and arrange on top of the previous stars.
Star 1: 45% free rotate left 45.
Add anymore elements you wish and add dropshadow of choice to all your elements and template layers.

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable and resize
Open glittery gradient 2 paper,apply mask/merge group then resize by 105% and flip then apply Xenofex2 - Constellation i used the setting Star Field 2 times, but play around with the settings and find one you like.
Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.
Add your name  save as a PNG and Your Done!
