Twinkle Twinkle-PTU


**This Tutorial was created By Me On August 6. 2010Any resemblence to other tutorials is not intendedthis tutorial is my creation only**


******NOTE****** You can use any scrapkit or just colors from your tube

Supplies Needed:
PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)

Tube Of choice :Tube(s) of Choice : I am using the amazing artwork of Suzanne Woolcott. HERE
These are PTU tubes , Please do not use them without the proper license to do so.

Scrapkit Of Choice : I am using papers from stunning kit Sweet Pea, also by Suzanne Woolcott and can be purchased HERE
**NOTE** You do not have to use the same kit, Just find one that compliments the colors or subject in your tube, You can add any embelishments You wish as well**

Font Of Choice : I am Using FBLipgloss HERE

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Dropshadow of choice
**NOTE**
Colors used will need to be adjusted to match whatever kit or tube you will be using


**LET"S BEGIN**



Open Template in PSP, copy and close original
Delete copyright layer

Select square layer, selections/select all-float/defloat
Open paper of choice, resize by 85%, 2 times, sharpen
Arrange where desired
Selections invert/delete/select none.
Eye Candy Gradient Glow
 Glow Width : 3.00,Soft Corners : 25, Opacity: 100
Color Settings Below

Delete Original Layer

*Repeat same steps as square layer for rectangle layer

Select Oval layer
 Selections/select all-float/defloat
Open desired paper in PSP
Resize by 85% 2 times, sharpen
Selections invert/delete/select none.
Apply above Gradient Glow Settings
Delete Original Layer

Select Star Glitter Layer
 Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster layer
Floodfill With White/select none
Add/Remove Noise, 100%, Monochrome Checked
Delete Original Star Glitter Layer
Apply Above Gradient glow But change blue square to black

Select Star Gradient
Create gradient Using foreground/background gradient 
Choose a Light color for your foreground & a dark color for your background
the colors i chose are
Foreground :# f3aabe-Light
Background:#007982-Dark
Angle:35, Repeats:3,Invert checked
Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster Layer
floodfill with your created gradient
select none/delete original star gradient layer
Back to the gradient layer you completed
Gaussian Blur, Radius 10, OK
Dropshadow : V1, H-1,Opacity 30, Blur 3.00, Color Black, OK

Select Star Back 2
Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster Layer
Floodfill with, #007982
select none
Effects,Texture Effects, Blinds
Width:5,Opacity12,Color:Black,Light from top:checked
Horizontal:NOT Checked,OK
Delete original Starback layer

*Repeat same steps for Starback2*

 Select frame back you just did
Selections/select all-float/defloat
Open tube of choice
copy and paste as a new layer
Resize by 85%, 2 times,sharpen
Selections invert/delete/select none.
Duplicate tube layer
Gaussian Blur: Radius3.00,OK
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
Add desired Dropshadow to original tube layer

*Repeat same steps for other Starback*

Select Start Frame 1
Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster Layer
Floodfill with White
Select None
Add/Remove Noise, 100%, Monochrome Checked
Add Gradient Glow, Same settings as above
BUT on Color Tab change to Medium and use your dark color
Delete original frame layer

*Repeat steps as above for Frame2*

Select Wordbk1
Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster Layer
Floodfill with your dark color
select none
Delete original layer

Select Word1
Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster Layer
Floodfill with your light color
select none
Delete original layer
*Merge down the 3 chunky TWINKLE word layers*

Select Wordart Script layer
Selections/select all-float/defloat
New Raster Layer
Floodfill with your dark color
**Make sure you fill the dot above the I , its easy to miss i did the first time LOL**
select none
Delete original layer
Merge down

Now add main tube
copy and paste as a new layer
Resize by 85%, 1 time, sharpen
position where desired
duplicate tube
Gaussian Blur: Radius3.00,OK
Change the blend mode to Hard Light
**NOTE** Depending on how dark your tube is, you may need to lower the opacity just a little bit
Add desired Dropshadow to original tube layer
Now take your merged wordart layers
and position where desired
*I placed the Chunky Twinkle wordart
so that it looks like the main tube is standing on the "T"*



Add Desired dropshadow to all template layer, if you wish to do so
close off white background layer and merge visable

Resize to desired size
add proper  copyright information and Name and your done
