This Tutorial is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

*Supplies Needed*

PSP ( I Use 3X but should work with other versions)

Font of choice : I am using Give You Glory ~ HERE

Mask #218 by WSL ~ HERE

Dropshadow of choice

*Plugins Used*

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

*Tube/s of Choice* 

I am using the beautiful art of Keith Garvey

And can be purchased  ~ HERE

This is a PTU tube and you must have a license to use.

*Scrapkit Of Choice* 

I am using the Beautiful PTU Kit Cowboy Sweetheart By Amy Marie

And can be found  ~ HERE

*NOTES*

Always remember to duplicate your tube and close original

C/P means copy and paste as a new layer Unless otherwise stated

D/s means Drop Shadow

Remember to sharpen after resizing

Resizing is always smartsize

Elements are added with a D/S unless otherwise stated 

And see my finished tag for placement

*Let's Get Started*

Open a new image 700x600 and floodfill with white, we can resize later I just like enough room to work with.

Open element 47 c/p resize by 85% click inside with your magic wand expand by 6 Open paper 8 c/p resize by 70% invert/delete/deselect and add d/s to your frame.

Open tube c/p arrange duplicate Guassian Blur 3.00 change the blend mode to Overlay or whatever works best for your tube and add d/s to original tube layer.

Time to add the elements

I used the following

80 - move under tube layer

89 - 65% arrange duplicate/mirror

26 - 95% move above white background layer

82 - 55% arrange behind the frame and paper layer duplicate/mirror

1 - 30%

19 - 70%

104 - 35% flip, duplicate/mirror

78 - 35%

22 - 35%

74 - 35%

25 - 35%

16 - 60% and move between paper and frame layer

Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each.

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable.

Select all Add new layer open paper 21 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group .

Merge visable then resize as desired.

Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name in font of choice.

Save as a PNG and Your Done!!

*Let's Get Started*

Open a new image 750x650 and floodfill with white, we can resize layer i just like enough room to work.

Open 30 c/p resize by 85% click inside with your magic wand expand by 6 new layer open paper 10 c/p into selection, open tube copy and paste as a new image mirror c/p resize by 95% arrange invert/delete/deselect and change the blend mode to Lumiance(L) and lower the opacity to 65 and add d/s to frame.

Open tube c/p resize by 50% if your using the same one as I am, arrange duplicate Guassian Blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to Screen and lower the opacity to 75 then add d/s to your original tube layer, I added my d/s twice.

Add elements of your choice

I used the following

44 - 45%

89 - Duplicate twice and arrange both above the white background layer.

59 - 40% rotate with pick tool

63 - 85% move behind the grass layers

15 - 25% duplicate and move over the sign

57 - 50%

91 - 50%

88 - 40%

37 - 50%

Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each.

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable.

Select all Add new layer open paper 5 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group resize by 105% .

Merge visable then resize as desired.

Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name in font of choice.

Save as a PNG and Your Done!!

Open template, duplicate close original delete credits then Canvas size 750x700, and floodfill background layer with white, We can resize later I just like having enough room to work with.

Raster 1 : 

Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 18 c/p into selection deselect and delte template layer.

Raster 2 : 

Select all/flaot/defloat new layer open paper 12 c/p into selection apply Tramages-Pool Shadow default settings then Xero-Fritillary 6-52-24-30 deselect and delete template layer.

Raster 3 :

Select all/float/defloat open paper 4 c/p resize by 75% invert/delete/deselect and delete template layer.

Raster 4 Dotted Circle:

Select all/float/defloat new layer floodfill with white deselect and delete template layer.

Raster 5 : 

Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 12 apply Tramages-Pool Shadow default settings then blinds, 6-25-Black-Both Boxes Checked then deselect and delete template layer.

Raster 6 : 

Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 11 c/p into selection apply Tramages-Pool Shadow Default Settings deselect and delete template layer.

Raster 4 (Pink Square) : 

Select all/float/defloat new layer open paper 7 c/p into selection , open tube c/p as a new image mirror c/p resize I did mine by 55% invert/delete/deselect apply Penta.com-Dot & Cross default settings then change the blend mode on the tube to Screen , then crop Merged Opaque to get rid of the excess tube and delete template layer.

Open tube c/p resize by 35% arrange, duplicate Guassian Blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to Screen and lower the opacity to 75 and add d/s to original tube layer.

~Time to add the elements I used the following~

36 - 70%

98 - 75& and erase the excess chain

103 - 65%

20 - 45%

91 - 77% mirror

31 - 35%

75 - 40% rotate with pick tool

60 - 40%

72 - Move above 91 duplicate/flip arrange

73 - Move behind tube layer

39 - 80% mirror and move behind tube layer

28 - 30% rotate with pick tool

32 - 45%

90 - 35%

Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each.

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable.

Select all Add new layer open paper 22 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group .

Merge visable then resize as desired.

Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name in font of choice.

Save as a PNG and Your Done!!

Tropical Nights

Open a new image 800x600 and floodfill with white we can resize later I just like enough room to work with.

Open 21 c/p resize by 75% click inside with the magic wand expand by 6 add new layer open paper 14 c/p into selection deselect and move  below your frame abd add d/s to frame.

Open 21 again c/p resize by 55% move to the right side behind your frame and paper layer click inside with your magic wand expand by 6  add new layer and open paper 1 c/p into selection open close up tube c/p arrange invert/delete/deselect and change the blend mode to screen and lower the opacity to 80, now add d/s to your frame and close off the little eyes on your layer palette leaving only the small frame, paper and tube, merge visable and resize again by 85% arrange duplicate/mirror now unhide your olther layers.

Open 48 c/p resize by 85% move to the right duplicate/mirror merge down sharpen and move above the white background layer.

Open your tube c/p resize if needed arrange over the sand duplicate Guassian Blur 3.00 and change the blend mode to Overlay and add d/s to original tube layer.

Now choose your elements

I used the following

107 - 75% duplicate/mirror

6 - 65% duplicate/mirror

104 - 60% duplicate/mirror

3 - 45% duplicate/mirror

44 - 40% and move it between your large frame and paper layer.

86 - 70% mirror

40 - 30%

7 - 35%

72 - 60%

12 - 55% move between your frame and paper layer.

38 - 40%

25 - 30% and rotate with pick tool

Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each.

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable resize by 95% all layer UNCHECKED.

Select all Add new layer open paper 1 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group .

Merge visable then resize as desired.

Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name in font of choice.

Save as a PNG and Your Done!!

Open a new imgae 700x600 and floodfill with white, we can resize later I just like enough room to work.

Open frame 1 c/p resize by 80% click inside with your magic wand expand by 6 open your chosen graphic c/p resize by 20% then again by 90% invert/delete/deselect and move below your frame and add d/s to the frame.

Open Palm Tree c/p resize by 75% move behind your frame layers arrange to the left duplicate/mirror add d/s

Open Sand c/p resize by 45% duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 arrange so there side by side merge all the sand layers together then resize again by 70% duplicate/mirror merge down and resize agian by 95% move above your white background layer.

Open Mat c/p resize by 60% move to the right duplicate/mirror merge down now erase all but maybe and inch or so see my tag for reference and move behind the sand layers

Open your tube c/p resize by 95% arrange add d/s

Choose what elements you want I used

Sanddollar - 25%

Starfish - 35%

Greens - 25% duplicate/mirror

Bird - 35%

Umbrella - 50%

Ribbon 1 - 50%

Add anymore elements you wish and a dropshadow to each.

When your happy with your tag close off your white background layer and merge visable.

Select all Add new layer open paper 9 c/p into selection apply mask/merge group .

Open Water 1 c/p and move above mask layer.

Merge visable then resize as desired.

Add your copyright, I add mine after i have resized it it keeps it crisp and clear.

Add your name in font of choice.

Save as a PNG and Your Done!!
